Welcome to my Authors Notes and Messages page.

I am excited to introduce this new page to communicate with my audience. I hope you are enjoying the discussions so far? Please note, that these topics are general introductory discussions. There is a lot more to cover. The most important thing is that I have started. Sometimes one has to just start somewhere or nothing would occur.

For years I wanted to create a site but something always came up. I was too busy or apprehensive. I had made earlier attempts to start a website, but never got past acquiring a domain, even after I created a functional site. I was focused on providing business services in the area of industrial relations and organizational change during that time.

Fast forward to 2022 I found time to confidently launch this site with the help of a friend and the referral (individuals to whom I am humbly indebted) to put me on the path to help me with the initial design and start up and encouragement. Sometimes a leap of faith is necessary in life. The time was right as well.

I have been updating the Time & Change discussions at least once a month. At the startup of this website I posted twice a month. I have a considerable body of topics now, so feel free to browse through the topics. There are lessons and practical exercises if you are inclined on working through some of the individual, notebook style practice.
