Mindful
The mind is a reflection of your heart. You expand your mind by opening your heart. A heart that is filled with positive feelings despite pain and hurt from hardship and even despair, channels a sense purity. When the heart expands with love a seed of understanding is planted in the mind. It is going from darkness to light.
Practice before going to bed every night to bring into your mind a feeling of love and gratitude both for whatever the good and bad experience. Both positive and negative experiences teach us. Thought negative experiences are difficult to neutralize, try to see that that experience once the emotional aspect is quelled can be directed towards a learning. Try to focus on the heart area to fill yourself with a sense of loving gratitude to spill into your mind space. This is art of growing positive learning. Increase this practice every night to every morning before you get up from sleep. This is a simple but active premeditation.
“You will never find peace of mind until you listen to your heart”.

Release
The pursuit of you joy is in finding your purpose which is already in your essence of being. In your quiet moments of thought contemplate on your existence without thinking of who, what and how you are. Sit and accept yourself in your space. The purpose of existence is to simply exist because we are all divine manifestations of a greater Divine plan. Quietly and consciously feel your inner being and release all worldly concerns in your silence.
Reflection
Contemplation on past actions, and memories help to guide one’s steps forward into the future.
Silence
Awake yourself in the deep of the dark night and early morn, between the hours of three and six a.m. Close your eyes and place your attention on the silence around you. In the stillness of the night feel your own silence. Allow all emotions to flow from within you and out of you. Empty yourself of all mental burdens. Now listen to your own inner silence and merge with the outer silence.
Time-Out
Make time to take time.
Discipline yourself to take some time out from a busy day and challenging situations. It is okay to retreat from the world sometimes. Time-out to put things aside and to relax your mind and commune with your inner self. A time-out does not mean distracting yourself or escaping from life. Taking some time to be in nature, taking a casual swim in a pool, or simply sleeping or resting is good for the soul. Enjoy your time-out.
Sit in Quietude
Sit in solitude, close your eyes, listen to your heart beat. Keep your focus on the rhythm of your heart for 3 minutes at a time. Eventually, your mind will be in tune with your heart. Open your eyes slowly, as you release your attention from you heart and feel the quietude of your thoughts.
Stargazing
Take time to look up at the stars and the moon. Know that you are part of the vast unknown; This Universe. Look up into the deep, dark depths of the night sky and feel your oneness with the stars.
Reflection
The art of introspection and reflection, spending your quiet moments in thought; be it in deep contemplation or just superficially thinking of your day’s events can help you. Letting go of self-induced anxiety and stress through introspection promotes relaxation and release from worry.
Positivity
The world is filled with a lot of beauty and goodness and it is important to connect with positivity. When you experience any kind of negativity, learning to neutralize erratic and destructive energies within and outside of oneself is important to stay focused on your path.
Oasis for Change
Do you have an oasis where you find solace and peace when you feel overwhelmed, tired, or just the need to unwind?
The importance of creating an available space as a personal retreat for yourself to relax, think, reflect is necessary. Everyone should create or have a private space or place for rest and relaxation.
I entreat you to feel free to share your oasis and why your oasis works for you?
